What is TimeSync?
What is TimeSync?
TimeSync is a smart timetable tool designed for university students.

No. TimeSync is completely local-first.
You don’t need to sign up, log in, or connect any external service to use it.

All your event data is stored:
- In your browser’s local storage
- In any Excel files that you import or export yourself

There is a “Clear All Data” button inside TimeSync. It removes all events from your browser’s local storage but does not touch your original Excel files. Use this when starting a new semester.

What about events without time/place?
TimeSync treats these as incomplete events. If time or place is missing, it’s marked as needing info.

Does it send notifications?
Does it send notifications?
Not in the current version.
TimeSync focuses on the visual overview (Timeline, Deadline Radar). For push notifications and alarms, we recommend continuing to use your usual calendar app (Google/Apple) alongside TimeSync.
Does it sync with Google Calendar?
Does it sync with Google Calendar?
No, not yet.
TimeSync is a standalone, browser-based timetable viewer. It does not sync across devices or accounts. Think of TimeSync as your dedicated study "cockpit".
